The Flamenco dancer Marta Galvez was born in Córdoba in 1994 and began h at the age of 3. In 2012 she graduated in Spanish Dance at the Luis del Río Professional Dance Conservatory, and in 2008 she obtained a 'Young Talents' scholarship at the Andalusian Dance Center (CAD) in Seville. During her training, she trained with teachers and artists such as Olga Pericet, Manuel Segovia, Eloy Pericet and Rubén Olmo, among others.
In 2015, she won the 'Outstanding Dancer' award at the Choreographic Competition of the Tetúan District of Madrid. She graduated in 2020 with a Master's Degree in Cultural Management and Leadership and in 2023 she won the First Prize for Young Flamencos from the Provincial Council of Córdoba.
Recently, he has worked with the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía, Mercedes de Córdoba Cía, the Compañía de Jesús Carmona, María Pagés Cía, Ballet Flamenco José Porcel, Juan Carlos Avecilla Cía Danza and David Coria Cía, performing in theaters and festivals around the world . She has also worked in several tablaos in Madrid and Seville, and is a Spanish Dance Soloist for the Guadalquivir International Piano Festival.
