Raúl Ortega is a flamenco artist from Madrid who has established himself as one of the leading figures of flamenco art worldwide. Born in Alcorcón, Madrid, Raúl Ortega has stood out for his dedication on stage, his refined dancing and his extraordinary ability to transmit emotions to the audience.

Since his beginnings in 1996 with María Rosa's company in the show "El Sombrero de Tres Picos", Ortega has been called upon as lead dancer and choreographer by the best flamenco companies in the world, working with artists such as Antonio Canales, María Pagés and Luis Dávila "Luisillo".

Ortega has debuted as principal dancer and choreographer in important shows by Rafael Amargo, such as "Amargo", "Tablao", "Enramblao", "Íntimo", "Poeta en Nueva York" and "Amor Brujo". He has performed for audiences all over the world, from the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow to the Dubai Shopping Festival.

His own creations include "Flamenco", "Hermanos de baile" and "Flamenco Inside", which have had great success both in Spain and abroad, bringing together more than 50,000 spectators in five successful seasons.
