Eli Ayala is an outstanding flamenco dancer. She is currently part of the show "Gran Gala Flamenco" as a first dancer, under the musical direction and interpretation of Juan Gómez "Chicuelo". She has presented her own show titled "Retales" produced by the Taller de Músics, and has been a member of Antonio Canales' Ballet Flamenco, participating in the 2020 Seville Biennial with the work "Torero" in a solo role.

Eli Ayala has participated in numerous Spanish dance and flamenco festivals and competitions throughout her career. Her participation in the National Spanish Dance and Flamenco Choreography Competition in Madrid stands out, as well as her work with prestigious companies such as Rafael Amargo and Rubén Olmo, current director of the National Ballet of Spain.
